Areas of Focus
I work with adolescents and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I am passionate about working with clients seeking support in processing shame, navigating intense emotions, and developing emotional regulation, with attention to how identity and lived experience shape their sense of self and relationships.
I also support children and caregivers navigating conflict and disconnection within the family, with a focus on understanding and breaking generational patterns that impact connection.
In our work together, we slow things down to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. I take a collaborative approach, working alongside clients as they process their experiences. I believe that healing is not a journey meant to be taken alone, but one we move through with others.Grounded in a person-centered, faith-integrated approach, I honor each person's lived experience and God-given capacity for growth. I partner with clients as they move toward healing, resilience, and renewed hope while navigating change and reclaiming purpose and possibility.
Therapeutic Methods
My counseling approach is centered on meeting clients where they are, recognizing that each person moves at their own pace in the healing process. I take an integrative, person-centered approach, drawing from attachment theory, family systems, and Adlerian perspectives to help clients make sense of how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, and how their relationships shape their emotional experiences.
About Me
I am a Nigerian firstborn daughter, and my cultural background has shaped how I understand people, relationships, and family dynamics. It has given me a deeper awareness of how responsibility, expectations, and identity can influence how we experience emotions, relate to others, and see ourselves.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, going to church, thrifting, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
