Sees Adults, Couples, and Families

I’m a mental health counselor in training with a heart for helping individuals find hope, healing, and freedom from life’s challenges. I believe lasting healing is possible, and a strong therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful growth.

My approach combines compassion, empathy, and a holistic perspective that considers the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being. For those who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process, honoring the role that spirituality can play in healing and transformation.

Above all, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients from all walks of life feel seen, heard, and empowered to work through difficult issues at their own pace.

Therapeutic Methods

My therapeutic approach thoughtfully integrates biblical principles with evidence-based practices. I draw heavily from a person-centered framework when working with individuals, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. In my work with couples, I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottmann Method techniques to support healthy communication, emotional connection, and lasting relationship change. Above all, I aim to create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space for clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.

About Me

I was born in New York and raised in Marietta, Georgia. I am the youngest of three siblings and grew up in a Latino household, which has given me the privilege of being fluent in Spanish.Beyond counseling, I love to serve others through mission work, homeless ministry, and advocacy for survivors of child and adult sexual abuse. I am also a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has allowed me to work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, writing poetry, playing guitar, sitting at different coffee shops, going to concerts and spending time with animals.
