“Healing isn’t about getting back to who you were before. It’s about coming to terms with the new you, the one who survived a storm. it’s about accepting that some days will be challenging and that’s okay. it’s not a race and it’s certainly not a competition”

This quote reflects the heart of my practice. I walk with my clients as they come to terms with their new selves—guiding them to see that every step, even the hardest, is part of their growth. Together, we embrace the process, knowing healing unfolds in its own time.

Areas of Focus

My area of focus includes children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who are seeking support with trauma, low self-esteem, body-image issues, anxiety, depression, and panic disorder, as well as symptoms related to ADHD, such as executive dysfunction. I’m committed to fostering a safe, supportive space where clients can build resilience, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.

Therapeutic Methods

I approach therapy from an eclectic perspective, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients. I like to draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, Gestalt techniques, and trauma-informed approaches. I also like to incorporate art therapy and play therapy, which helps create a space where creativity and reflection can foster growth. I utilize a holistic, client-centered approach—emphasizing empathy, autonomy, and the whole person.

About Me

I was born and raised just outside of Birmingham, AL and moved to Atlanta in 2021. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Public Health from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Arts from The University of the Cumberlands.

I enjoy serving my community through volunteer work and advocacy. Outside of work, I find inspiration in jazz music, painting, and exploring new places-whether it’s a quiet cafe or hidden art gallery. These passions help me stay connected to creativity and curiosity, which I bring into each therapeutic relationship.
