Often, we come to therapy at a crossroads- after painful or traumatic experiences, during seasons of transition, or simply when we need space to explore the questions stirring in our hearts. Whatever brings you here, seeking healing is a beautiful and vulnerable step. I count it a profound honor to walk alongside you in this process.

One of my favorite quotes is from Rainer Maria Rilke: “Be patient with all that is unsolved in your heart, and try to love the questions themselves.” This speaks deeply to my approach, as I believe healing often begins in uncertainty. As your heart leads the way, I’m here to support you at your pace, holding your questions with empathy, curiosity, and care as you uncover what’s within you.

Areas of Focus

Through extensive trauma training, I provide compassionate care for individuals navigating the impact of complex trauma. I believe healing begins when we have the courage to come close to the places of pain and I offer a supportive, steady presence as we process those experiences together. My work also extends to supporting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or PTSD, helping to restore hope and create space for gentleness, resilience, and growth.

In addition to individual work, I am trained in marriage and family therapy and enjoy working with couples. Together, we explore relational patterns, increase understanding, and create new ways of connecting that foster safety, intimacy, and joy.

I have a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. Whether you are exploring gender and sexuality, navigating queer relationships, examining the intersection of sexuality and spirituality or processing tender experiences such as healing from religious harm or coming out to yourself or others, I will provide you with an affirming space where your truest self is seen and celebrated.

Therapeutic Methods

I am a trauma-informed therapist, trained to understand how trauma becomes embedded in the nervous system and how it can continue to shape our lives in ways we may not always recognize. Together, we’ll work to uncover painful experiences, identify patterns, and draw meaningful connections to help you better understand yourself and your story.

For trauma recovery, I often utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy approach that helps your brain process traumatic memories in a new way. This opens space for true healing and will help you cultivate resilience and strength as you recover and move forward.

I also integrate Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theory. These approaches provide insight into your inner world and relational patterns, giving us a clearer picture of what shapes you and your experiences. With that understanding, we can create space for meaningful growth and lasting change.

I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and meaningful change. My goal is to offer a safe, cozy, affirming space where you can connect with yourself, your body, and your vulnerability, a place where all parts of you are welcome.

About Me

I grew up just outside of Atlanta, but am a city girl at heart and moved into the city in 2018. When I am not working, I find joy in exploring Atlanta’s restaurants, catching live concerts, and spending quality time with family and loved ones. Creating meaningful connection in both my personal life and in my work is at the heart of what I value most. I am also a lifelong bookworm and most days, you can find me curled up with a good book and a hot mug of coffee.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Georgia College & State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, where I also earned certificates in Trauma Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy.
